Happy July 1st!!!

Happy July 2016!! Why is it I always post around this time only during the year? I have no idea why hah! I have been doing a lot more than crafts this past year.
I have been making lots of changes for myself and my family. One of the things that I changed, was our food that we eat. It has been very tough at times because I was so used to fast food and food being quick and easy to get and fast to cook. You know when you grow up eating a certain way and now realizing that some of the food that you did eat was not very  nutritional food at all.
Back in the end of December 2010,  I had seen video of myself and not being happy on the way I looked, I knew I had to make changes for myself so that I can be around for my family. The beginning of the new year, I started making the changes.I cut the soda, processed food, and also red meat. I started eating more vegetables and starches like white and brown rice. So far to date I have lost more than 50 lbs and feeling a lot better internally. So besides, changing my health I have also started gardening and got into trying to grow our own food. It will be very rewarding when I am able to eat what I sow.
Now that we are in July and the 4th being days away. I wanted to share a banner I made. using a cricut cartridge "Stand and Salute"

Have a safe but fun holiday.
See Ya Later, Have Fun Crafting
Hugs,
Veronica

Hi Everyone, I made an up cycle/recycle project for a party I am going to. I did not have any gift bags on hand to put the present in, so I used an empty pasta box. I used the cricut cartridge "Summer in Paris."  Boa was used for the handle and Stampin'Up Blushing Bride ink for some color. I added some bling(rhinestones) on each side of the box.  Easily put together in 20 minutes. I will definitely  be  making more. Till next time

Hello Crafters, Happy July 14th! Another year passed right by and it seems this is the only day I post, LOL! This past year has been full of
choices that I have had to deal with and like always, I just put situations to the side, not wanting to deal with.Until I got my AH, HA moment and realized we need(my family and I) need to go forward with our goals and dreams we always talk about.  Lot of changes coming my way and very excited :) My youngest son will be a sixth grader and my oldest son will be starting High school (very exciting but yet a little nervous as usual for a mother knowing how high school is now from when I went).
One of my tasks that I would like to do is to keep up with this blog and upload tutorials on card making  and crafts. Here is a pic of me and my boys. See You Soon!

OK, Well it has been a whole year to this date that I have posted, WOW!!! I thought having a blog, I would have been on all the time and creating and delivering inspiration to all the creative crafters on the web. With me volunteering at me sons school, alot of my time is focused on raising funds and  putting activities/ assemblies on for the students. I Love being apart of the school and do what I can to make the students have fun while learning as well.
I would like from this day forward to spend more of my time  to continue making cards and crafts and display here on my blog.  Here are some of the cards I have made through the year.

I also sell cards for $2.00. If there is any cards above that you like but want in a different color, I would be happy to make for you.
